Bookings:
Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone or by email.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
Reservations become effective once the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total price of the holiday and a copy of the contract or quotation signed before the date indicated on the booking contract. The second copy of the contract must be kept by the customer. Prices include all charges.
Prices :
Rates are quoted in euros and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Rates may vary according to the season, length of stay and type of room chosen.
Special rates, promotions or packages may be subject to special conditions and are subject to availability.
Payment:
Full payment is due on departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Online booking and payment is possible via our website.
We accept payment in cash or cheque on site or by bank transfer one week before your arrival.
Cancellations and changes :
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
Check-in and check-out:
Arrival is possible from 17:00 on the day of arrival and departure before 11:00 on the day of departure.
Late departures may be permitted subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
Use of the premises :
To ensure the peace and quiet of the premises and the comfort of guests, respect is required of everyone. In particular, guests are asked not to smoke indoors. Guests undertake to comply with the etiquette instructions provided.
The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition and free of damage at the end of the stay and to systematically declare – and assume financially – any damage for which he/she is responsible. The cost of repairs, including the time required to restore the property, will be invoiced separately and paid for on the basis of receipts for the costs incurred.
To help protect the environment, the customer undertakes to avoid wasting water and energy and to use the appropriate bins and recycling containers for their waste.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed, although a cat lives in the house but is not allowed in the bedrooms!
Liability :
We are not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
Guests are expected to abide by the rules of the guest house, including rules of behaviour, safety and hygiene.
Privacy policy:
Personal information provided at the time of booking will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy, available here.
Changes to terms and conditions:
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website.
