We offer 3 rooms:

• A dormitory for 5 guests (2 bunk beds + 1 bed 90×200 cm)
• A room for 2 or 3 (3 beds 90×200 cm)
• A family room for 4 (1 bed 140×190 cm, 1 bunk bed 90×200 cm)

Unfortunately, we don’t have specific facilities for people with reduced mobility.

Each room comes with bed linens and storage space, including cupboards and hangers.
Please note, towels are not provided.

You’ll have full access to the entire house:

• Basement: Storage space for your surfing and wetsuit gear, plus extra kitchen storage.
• 1st floor: Kitchen, living room, library, and dining area—perfect for cooking, relaxing, socialising, and enjoying good times together.
• 2nd floor: Shared bathroom with 3 sinks and 2 showers.
• Outside: Terrace and garden with BBQ and outdoor seating.
• Shared office space : A peaceful workspace with sea views, located 20m from the house. It’s available for guests staying with us.

Yes, breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. We serve fresh, homemade items like organic apple juice (from our garden), coffee, tea, homemade pancakes and cakes, cereals, and fruit.

Yes! Our office in the garden (just 20m from the house) has several workstations, a hot drinks area, and a bathroom. This space is exclusively for guests staying in the house.

Check-in is from 5 pm.
Check-out is by 11 am on the day of departure. If you need to adjust your arrival or departure times, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We have 4 parking spaces at the guest house.
There’s also a public parking lot just 170m away with a beautiful view of the Le Loc’h port.

Yes, you can rent the house for a minimum of 2 nights.
It’s perfect for company seminars, team-building events, yoga retreats, surfing holidays, meditation weeks, writing retreats, and much more. The shared office space will be reserved exclusively for you, so you can organize your activities freely.
We’re happy to arrange breakfasts and customize any other services you need.
